Hi,
I'm an Australian resident leaving the UK in September after a 5 month working holiday (I have only worked in the current financial year) and am seeking clarification as to what forms I need to submit to the HRMC. Having already finished work I would like to complete my return prior to departing and from my understanding I will need to:
- Request a P45 form from my emloyer for the financial year to date
- Download and complete a P85 form.
- Submit these forms together to the HRMC
Do I need to complete and submit a tax return to go with these documents or does the P85 form suffice?
