Job Description
My client is urgently looking to recruit a Care Home Manager for a 25+ bedded home in the North East. The successful candidate will be a first level RGN who has some proven management skills either as a deputy or a full registered manager. Awareness of care standard requirements in accordance with CSCI will also be beneficial. Importantly to my client, the applicant must be able to lead and manage a qualified team of 20-30 staff. The home is dual registered and deals with palliative care patients and some dementia suffers. The package offered will be around the 25k mark and includes 5 weeks paid holiday.
