Job Description
A popular central London Borough urgently requires an experience planning to join their Forward Planning section.
You will be a member of the Sites Development Team within Forward Planning & Projects and will be expected to make a contribution towards the wider work of the team, but more specifically assisting in:
* Responding to diverse information requests on site development policies and planning obligations issues
* Assist in the production of planning briefs and supplementary planning documents, including being involved in arranging and participating in public consultation exercises
* Developing and providing guidance on site development and planning obligations policies
* Major sites development monitoring and implementation of related projects
* Database management and preparation of reports related to planning obligations including the design and implementation of new monitoring software
The ideal candidate will have 6 month UK experience in either DC or policy preferably in a London Borough.
