Job Description
Well regarded London borough is looking for an accomplished Employment Lawyer to work in their busy offices. Duties will include dealing with all aspects of public employment law and practice, including having the conduct of Employment Tribunal claims brought against the Council and its employees.
A good understanding of all aspects of employment law and practice within a public authority setting is essential. This will involve dealing with unfair dismissals, part time workers pensions, redundancy, discrimination, TUPE, Working Time Regulations, disciplinary, capability and grievance matters etc. Experience of handling Employment Tribunals would be desirable.
