Job Description
My client is urgently looking for a Care Home Manager for their home in London. This role will require taking care of a 51 bedded unit and you will be expected to manage in excess of 70 staff who work on permanent and contract rota’s. This is at the moment an elderly unit although the Care Home is looking to go to the next level as they want to cater for everyone, at the moment they look after elderly and all rooms have an en suite facility. I am looking for a dynamic person who is highly motivated person, you will be an RGN, if your RMN then even better but not essential. You should also be familiar with working within CSCI regulations, have 3 years experience as a minimum and want a challenging role within an ethical business.
