Job Description

A London Borough in the south east requires an experienced Town Planner for the major applications section.

The role will be to carry a personal caseload of major and complex applications and to undertake all related activity (ranging from pre -application discussions and negotiations through to handling appeals and public inquiries).

Draft clear and concise reports for Committee, represent the council at Committee meetings and to undertake any other such duties that commensurate to the function and grade of the post.
