Job Description
My client, a well established Nursing home with over 80 years of active service, is looking to recruit a Home Manager. The applicant must be either a RMN or a RGN with specific dementia training with at least 2 years senior level experience. The ideal applicant will be working with and managing a team of 30 staff, therefore communication, decision making skills and working knowledge of the CSCI regulation is a must. My client offers a fantastic package, including 25 days annual holiday, a non-contributory life assurance scheme and a stakeholder pension.
