Job Description
My client, a large independent hospital organisation is currently looking to recruit a Training and Development officer. You will be involved in facilitating staff in their professional development and representing the hospital in bringing new initiatives to staff and consultants. This role has been established for several years, so you will find a well-embedded systems and support in place, including a quality & training secretary.
You should have a critical care qualification or experience, and clinical teaching experience, and hold the Prep for Mentorship qualification or equivalent.
