Job Description
A fast moving London Borough Council urgently requires a Planning Implementation Officer to work on major regeneration schemes and initiatives. Your primary objective will be to work on major regeneration schemes and initiatives. Your primary objective will be to prepare site guidance and development briefs, perform sustainability appraisals, manage projects and liaise with external agencies to facilitate the development of key schemes. Essential requirements are 3 years experience as a Town Planner in Policy or Implementation in the UK or overseas.
