Job Description
Our client in Gloucestershire requires an experienced Supported Housing Co-ordinator to identify support requirements and provide assistance to residents of sheltered schemes to promote independency.
The successful candidate will hold an Enhanced current CRB, be a car
driver, be able to start as soon as possible on an on going basis and have
experience within the supported housing field.
