We are looking for an experienced Head chef who will be part of a very important team of ambitious people. To continue to grow and expand this successful established business.

This position will suit a hard working experienced chef who wants to make a name for himself, you must be ambitious , enthusiastic , work to high standards, be well organised , have pride in your work and want to help set and maintain high standards for others.

You will be joining a proven successful business man who has high standards with a wealth of business experience; you will be well rewarded for your work and commitment.
You will be required to design and select the menus subject to seasons and demands you will be included in all discussions regarding the marketing, overall organisation, including our year planer and you will be informed of all the business promotions and activities.

It our intention to win as many awards and to break all records, you will be motivated and want to be the best in your field; this is more than just a job you will be made comfortable and to be made important and fit in with our friendly team.

This position comes with accommodation and possibly would employ your partner to work in either the bar, restaurant, or kitchen.

We will require references and details of previous employment, must be able to speak good English
We serve fresh home made English and European food, quality and presentation is absolute paramount. You will also maintain high standards of cleanliness together with maintaining a strict cleaning regime.
