Job Description

Award-winning dining pub requires a super-confident, charasmatic personality who can interact with the customers, upsell and take orders. You will manage the booking system and will need to communicate effectively with the kitchen and front of house team. You will need to motivate the front of house team and manage them effectively in order to create a memorable service to the customers. You will need to have a presence on the restaurant floor. An excellent commuinicator, with high standards and a good management style are essential. Bar and cellar management experience an advantage.

The dining pub already has an excellent reputation with nice clientele, good staff and a great atmosphere, already making it a special place to work.

Based in a rural village, but with very good transport links via bus, train and motorway to nearby Warwick, Leamington Spa and Stratford Upon Avon; with direct train route to London and Birmingham.
