Job Description
The sous chef will be responsible for delivering excellent food promptly, sometimes in a busy and pressured atmosphere. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, friendly and a highly competent cook.
The kitchen assistant will be required to assist the chef in preparing food, as well as clearing away, washing up etc. Some further duties including clearing tables and cleaning bedrooms may be available. A flexible approach and friendly manner are essential.
Competitive live-in packages available. Non smokers preferred. No couples.
