Job Description

Our clients Occupational Therapy Service assesses and addresses a wide range of people who have significant difficulties in carrying out essential activities of daily living.
Managing a caseload of clients, you’ll conduct or support a range of individual assessments (or facilitate self assessments). You’ll also conduct the risk assessments of client and carer.
Based on assessments, you’ll advise on and plan for adaptations and equipment. The aim is to maximise long-term independence and choice and minimise ongoing support and whole life care costs.

This is for a period of 2 months initially.
Candidates need an Occupational Therapy Degree and have NHS experience.
You must be HPC registered.
