Job Description
This attractive free house is hundreds of years old and set in beautiful Surrey countryside.
We have an immediate vacancy for a live-in head chef.
The successful candidate will excel in delivering consistently high quality and imaginative cuisine, sometimes to hundreds of covers on busy weekend lunchtimes and evening functions.
A proven track record of running successful kitchen(s) is a pre-requisite, and the ideal candidate will be a non-smoker.
Other desirable qualities include the ability to keep cool under pressure, to get on with other staff, to plan ahead and be flexible and pro-active in approach. However the most important attribute is to be able to deliver great food, promptly and consistently.
Great live-in package available. No couples please.
