PASTRY CHEF Needed Immediately - £22.5k per year – 4* Hotel & 3AA Fine Dining Restaurant – FREE Live In – Suffolk
Our client is an exclusive boutique hotel with an award winning 3AA restaurant. Our restaurant and bar offer modern European cuisine which is cooked and served at a very high standard.
We currently have a brigade of 7/8 chefs and have an opportunity open for a passionate and professional Pastry Chef who would like to develop his culinary skills and work alongside an influential chef with years of experience in some of the best establishments in the UK.
Our restaurant is extremely popular and we serve between 20 to 80 customers per service. We are open for Lunch & Dinner and have an open kitchen and all the latest equipment to make your job as easy as possible.
The successful candidate will lead a team of three and will be in charge of menu planning, budgets, recruitment and stock control for their section.
The ideal candidate will have completed their NVQ Level 1&2 in food preparation & cooking and experienced in a 2/3AA restaurant or 4/5* hotel.
Due to the urgency to fill the position, candidates who apply first will be most likely successful in attending interviews/trials.
