CHEF DE PARTIE Needed Immediately - £17.5k per year – 4* Hotel & 3AA Fine Dining Restaurant – FREE Live In – Suffolk
Our client is an exclusive boutique hotel with an award winning 3AA restaurant. Our restaurant and bar offer modern European cuisine which is cooked and served at a very high standard.
We currently have a brigade of 7/8 chefs and have an opportunity open for a passionate and professional chef de partie who would like to develop his culinary skills and move up in our brigade.
Our restaurant is extremely popular and we serve between 20 to 80 customers per service. We are open for Lunch & Dinner and have an open kitchen and all the latest equipment to make your job as easy as possible.
The ideal candidate will have completed their NVQ Level 1&2 in food preparation & cooking and experienced in a 2/3AA restaurant or 4/5* hotel.
Due to the urgency to fill the position, candidates who apply first will be most likely successful in attending interviews/trials.
