CHEF DE PARTIE - £20k+ £2/3k Tronc – 5 Straight Shifts Per Week – Award Winning Cuisine -
Central London
This fantastic position is located in the heart of Central London. The restaurant is ran by a renowned Chef who has years of experience in the Industry. The restaurant's cuisine is very classic, specializing in French/British traditional dishes.
The position of Chef de Partie will be based on 5 straight shifts per week with a basic salary of £20k plus an extra guaranteed £2/3k on top. Our brigade consists of 8/9 influential chefs with years of experience in exceptional restaurants across the United Kingdom.
The chef is seeking a few strong Chef de Parties who are looking to develop their culinary skills in a n award winning restaurant and most importantly are passionate and looking to add an extra cuisine under their belt.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a 1AA/2AA Fine Dining Restaurant or a 4/5* Hotel.
