we are are currently looking for sous chef’s to work in our restaurants across the uk including london. as a sous chef, your flair and passion for food are a vital contribution to this experience. using your knowledge of food preparation and maintaining a busy kitchen, you will work and supervise across five different stations, teppan, ramen, fry, wok and juice bar. as a sous chef you will also promote food hygiene and health and safety standards, manage shifts and ensure all duties and admin are completed on time. as such, attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure are vital
