Job Description

Candidates are required to hold a clear enhanced CRB, references covering the last 5 years and a full CV covering and explaining any gaps in your employment history and also having the reasons for leaving previous posts.

To undertake commissioned specialist parenting assessments, preparing reports for Court and other planning forums To attend Court to give evidence on work undertaken To develop, plan and implement a variety of parenting skills programmes To contribute to multi-disciplinary care planning for children and families To undertake and develop therapeutic and support services for children and families To negotiate for additional services for families through liaising with other agencies To maintain accurate and up to date records, both electronically and manually of work planned, undertaken and received To actively contribute to the relationships within and development of the staff team and the development of the Centre To give support to volunteers and other professionals working as part of the Team in the Centre To actively contribute to personal supervision and professional development in line with the local authority Performance Management Scheme To undertake any other duties that may be required which are commensurate with the grade of the post.

Candidates need to be registered with the General Social Care Council.
