Chef de Rang Wiltshire £14,650 + Tips + Live in

Following an extensive refurbishment and development of this superb multi rosette restaurant located in this stunning country house hotel and the addition of a further dining operation our client seeks to appoint an experienced Chef de Rang who possesses the relevant service skills to deliver first class service and maintain a pleasant yet calming atmosphere within their station. The Chef de Rang may presently be working as a commis de rang within a similar property . The Chef de Rang will, preferably , have worked within a Michelin starred environment though a talented candidate from a minimum two rosette background may be considered. In an effort to focus on delivering the very finest food and beverage operation the restaurant operates only one lunchtime service which results in straight shift working and agreeable hours of work. The Chef de Rang will have a working knowledge of wine though their service will be done by the sommelier team. As the restaurant offers a traditional Sunday lunch including a carving trolley and cheese service experience of table service will be beneficial.

Tips / Perks / Live in / Bonus
