Commis Chef 1 – 2 Rosette £12,000 - £13,000 + Tips + Live in

Commis Chef required for this busy Country House Hotel. The Head Chef is looking for a motivated individual ideally with at least 1 years previous experience to join the kitchen team.

The Company has won numerous awards for the way it looks after staff with continuous training available to everyone. In particular the Head Chef is keen to train up and develop a good commis to eventually become a Demi and eventually a Chef de Partie

The Head Chef and his team serve traditional British dishes tempered with a twist of modern European. A La Carte and daily menus specially feature seasonal local farms and county produce together with fruit, vegetables and herbs grown in the plentiful Hotel Kitchen Garden.

This positions also pays ‘tips’ on top of your basic salary which is normally a minimum of £2000 but could be a lot higher. There is also good staff accommodation within walking distance, close by with various benefits including meals on duty, uniforms etc.
