Chef de Partie 1 - 2 Rosette 18,000 + Tips

This gorgeous 3 Star Boutique Hotel with busy Rosetted Brasserie is looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join the friendly and talented team.

As Chef de Partie you should be trained in every section of the kitchen working with more experienced Chef De Parties until capable of Running your own section, you would also be expected to help train Commis and Demi Chefs. On occasion you will be asked for menu input which is an essential skill in your development as a good all-rounder at Chef de Partie level

This positions also pays ‘tips’ on top of your basic salary which is normally a minimum of £1500 but could be a lot higher with various benefits including meals on duty etc.
