Job Description
We have had great feed back on the quality of our food from locals and reviewers alike.
We like to make as much of the food ourselves. Currently we are, pickling, smoking, jamming, curing and brining all sorts of things.
The menu changes daily so that we can take advantage of the great produce that is on offer in our local area.
The food is simple but well made. A knowledge of butchery, smoking or vegetable gardening would be an advantage but not essential.
