Job Description
We require a live-in couple to join our team to help manage the resteraunt and bar, must be multi-skilled and with hands on experience in delivering excellent customer service.
Job Description:
Supervision of laying up, serving and clearing of restaurant and bar areas and the standard of service in both areas. Train and develop staff to maximise performance, aid retention, lead and inspire the team to live by the service principles, thus developing highly motivated, committed team and ensure team receives, understand & adhere to all company policies & procedures.
Key Skills;
Independent, Customer service experience, some experience of working long/unsociable hours, restaurant/bar experience, team work, takes ownership of role, determined to suceed, flexible and adaptable, highly organised, well presented and a strong character.
