Job Description

A qualified social worker is required for a family support team based in Eastbourne, East Sussex.
You will work with adolescents and care leavers to support around the familiy and leaving care. You will be involved in assessing new cases, reviewing and care planning using a person centered approach.

The team are friendly and based in the picturesque town of Lewes and is in close proximity to towns in east and west sussex as well as Brighton and has avaialble parking.

Dip (sw), CQSW, degree or masters in social work (or equivalent) to join their care team. PQ1 and above would be desired but not The team environment is busy and also fun and enjoyable managers are supportive. Excellent pay rates are available for the right candidate.
