This superb Country House Hotel is looking for a passionate Commis / Trainee Chef to join their team cooking to 2 Rosette Standards previous knowledge of cooking with fresh produce is essential.

The Head Chef is looking for somebody with good all round skills, but most of all somebody who is keen to learn new skills and who can be developed to help strengthen the team.

The Country House restaurant serves a regular 60 - 80 covers with up to 100 at the weekend. The property also has a fantastic reputation for Weddings and unique product launches.

The Hotel is part of a small group of privately owned hotels that have fantastic reputations for food and high class service.
