Following the final phase of refurbishment and opening of their luxurious spa facility our client has firmly established themselves as a market leader, presently the only Michelin starred property in the city and enjoying national and international acclaim they now seek a dedicated Restaurant Manager preferably with Michelin starred experience and multi rosette background to consolidate the food and beverage operation.

As Restaurant Manager you will be responsible for providing first class food service , training and motivating front of house staff whilst assisting the senior management team in matters of financial planning and controlling budgets. The Restaurant Manager will report directly to the General Manager. The Restaurant Manager will possess a thorough working knowledge of wine , ideally having spent some time as a sommelier. Not only does the position represent an impressive addition to the chosen candidates c.v, it offers the chance to work alongside a renowned 2 Michelin Starred Executive Chef.
