Job Description
Large, 130 seater busy pub and restaurant located in a country village close to Worthing and Brighton, 60 miles from London,
seeks an enthusiastic CHEF DE PARTIE to join their existing kitchen brigade.
Applicants should:
be able to adapt and learn to cook a variety of different dishes
preferably have experience of working in high volume environment
should be comfortable on all sections, with a solid kitchen background
have a sound knowledge of Hygiene, Health and Safety
have the ability to produce consistently good quality food
The position is to start this week offers an hourly wage of £7.00 per hour and own room live-in accommodation.
