Head Chef required for busy food orientated country pub where we try and use as much fresh food as possible. You must be enthusiastic and passionate about food be able To take full responsibility of all aspects of running the kitchen focusing on; food and service to a very good standard ,Working to Budgets good GP.,Training Motivating the team Complying with food standards and Health and Safety ,also have an ameniable personality.

The pub is situated 5 mins from Stansted airport making this position excellent for cheap flights for short breaks away and a direct train line into London, and a good local bus service. Good living conditions, sky tv, internet, food including days off and good atmosphere. There is also a position for a Partner if you have one to assist front of house which includes bar work, waiting and chambermaiding in our 3 bedded B & B.
