Job Description
We are a tourist pub with Company set menu's that change quarterly and have to be served according to specs and recipes. Being a good short order cook is vital!
Stock taking, kitchen rosters, cleaning rosters, Health & Safety, etc are part of responsibilities and must be of a very high standard which are not negotiable, but help and training will be given if needed.
5 Day week in an ideal world, but if your kitchen needs you, you must be there. Earliest start 9am and latest finish 11pm, AFD's on Saturdays and Sundays. It is a very small kitchen & very, very busy in summer, but amazing position, opportunities with 4 other commi's and Kp's.
