Job Description
Experienced outreach worker with management skills needed in various locations in Kent for an immediate start. The successful candidate will be travelling to Gypsy and Traveller sites around Kent. Duties will include: advocating, offering advice on housing and assisting with the claiming of benefits, dealing with challenging behaviour, regular site management, maximise this client group's income and promoting independence, liaise with other authorities and external organisations etc. Management skills are vital for this role. You will be based in Maidstone, Kent but car drivers are preferred as this role will involve a lot of travelling.
