Job Description
We have a vacancy for a strong Commis Chef to assist John in the day to day running of the kitchen. The position needs someone with a keen interest in our two rosette food; an individual who would be willing and able to get involved in all areas of the kitchen.
Accommodation is provided in own room, and there is sky TV, a food allowance & tips.
