Job Description

We are an independantly owned Australasian style brasserie.

Due to expansion to the town centre in October we are looking to recruit more waiting staff. We offer a friendly and fun environment to work in and can offer progression to the right people.

We are looking for enthusiastic, professional people, who are hard working and have an excellent approach to customer service. If you like to work hard but have fun at the same time we need people like you.

Key Responsibilities
To set up and prepare the bar and restaurant and ensure all mise en place is done ready for service
To assist in the professional service of food and drinks ensuring that the highest standards of presentation are met
To understand the daily menus and specials
To be responsible for the customer experience and always ensure that a high level of customer service is achieved
To monitor and maintain the standard of cleanliness of the restaurant and toilet areas
To be immaculately presented in correct uniform at all times
To perform any further reasonable duties as requested by the manager

Qualifications and Experience
Knowledge of Australasian style of food and service would be an advantage
At least three months relevant experience in a similar environment or the equivalent in a training environment
Food Hygiene certificate (ideal but not essential)
