Job Description
The first in a family of modern day coaching inns requires a Chef de partie to strengthen the growing reputation of this food led property. Focusing on seasonal, locally sourced produce and clean simple flavours the style of and quality of cooking is key to future success.
The design led restaurant and terrace serves an Ala Carte menu with daily changing dishes and over the weekend the gardens are served by an outside grill and summer kitchen. Weddings and events form an ever increasing part of our business, meaning that no two days are ever the same.
This position requires exciting, hungry candidates that wish to delevlop there skill base and move forward in the kitchen world.
Live in accomadation is available locally to the property.
