Job Description

Large and stylish, well established busy pub and restaurant located in a well-to-do village between Bournemouth and the beautiful countryside of Dorset seeks an enthusiastic SOUS CHEF to join their existing kitchen brigade. This is an informal place for people who like to meet, eat, drink and talk in a relaxed friendly atmosphere (without the nuisance of piped music or fruit machines).

Applicants should:

Be adaptable and creative and take pride in serving up tempting dishes to keep our customers coming back for more
preferably have experience of working in high volume environment
be comfortable on all sections, with a solid kitchen background
have a sound knowledge of Hygiene, Health and Safety
have the ability to produce consistently good quality food

The position is to start this week, offers a salary of around £17 000 per annum and own room live-in accommodation.
