Our hotel has six bedrooms, a traditional public bar, a more modern lounge bar and restaurant / function room seating up to 120 people.

HOURLY RATE IS NEGOTIABLE DEPENDANT UPON AGE AND EXPERIENCE. LIVE IN ACCOMMODATION AND MEALS INCLUDED.

SECOND CHEF
Experienced Second Chef required to work alongside Head Chef. We are looking for candidates who wish to demonstrate enthusiasm and a willingness to work hard in a team showing a flair for presentation.

We are dedicated to fresh, local food, it's preparation and presentation. We have a restaurant capable of 60 covers per night, and in addition a lounge and public bar. Between bar and restaurant food in the height of the season more than 100 covers is achievable.

Good communication skills, in spoken and written English, are essential. The position is available immediately and whilst we are looking for someone until the end of October, it could turn into a permanent position for the right applicant.
