As the Senior Chef de Rang you will have previous relevant experience within a first class formal dining operation. As the Senior Chef de Rang is at the forefront of the dining operation first class spoken English is essential. The Senior Chef de Rang will possess an eye for detail and be impeccably presented at all times.
