Sous Chef 1 – 2 Rosette £20000 + Tips + Bonus + Live in

Sous Chef required for this Coastal Gastro Pub. The Head Chef is looking for a talented Sous Chef with good all round skills to help strengthen the kitchen team of 10.

The concept is simple, well cooked full flavour locally grown, seasonal produce, the Head Chef has been very proactive forging links with local farmers and fishermen ensuring the best of local produce.

The Business is constant all year round 40 – 60 covers but these numbers will double during the main 2 month summer season.

This positions also pays ‘tips' on top of your basic salary which is normally a minimum of £2000-3000 in addition there is a profit related bonus, healthcare, optional pension. There is also good staff accommodation close by with various benefits including meals on duty etc.
