Job Description
This is a family run hotel with 15 rooms and a fabulous restaurant in one of the most beautiful locations in sunny Dorset, England.
We currently have a vacancy for a COUPLE, one as a COOK and the other for front of house duties, BAR/WAITING/RECEPTION.
As the cook you will have a genuine interest in food and restaurants, a sound background in this industry, a flair for imaginative cuisine as well as experience of cooking good home made, traditionally English food – gastro style.
As the front of house partner, you will need to have previous experience in the hospitality industry, a friendly and outgoing personality, motivation and enthusiasm, good people skills, and provide great customer service out front, as well as be willing to lend a hand wherever needed.
We offer a good live-in salary package plus tips and all meals included.
