Job Description
A small hotel as well as a pub, we have 6 ensuite rooms, a varying homemade seasonal menu, and fine wines and real ales, making us popular with locals and visitors alike.
We are currently looking to recruit a: 2ND CHEF (COUPLE PARTNER – GENERAL ASSISTANT) to come and join our team.
The chef must have a solid kitchen background and a real passion for proper quality food is essential, because all our food is prepared from fresh and often local ingredients.
The general assistant needs previous bar and waiting experience and will be fulfilling bar, waiting and cleaning duties. The right couple would be enthusiastic, have a hands-on approach to the job and willing to commit to us for at least 6 months.
In return for your hard work we will provide you with HIGH QUALITY OWN ROOM accommodation and ALL meals. Pay is negotiable depending on experience.
