A Berkshire local authority is currently looking for a Special Projects officer/manager particular focusing on Planning Enforcement

The suitable candidate would need to have a working knowledge of Planning Enforcement and be able to deal with complex and divers issues regarding planning related applications. Being able to communicate in a clear and concise way, negotiate potential positive out comes within the planning regulations of the Authority and would need a driving license as an essential (car owner would be an advantage but not essential)

The workload will be varied dependant on progression of project and there could be possibility of flexible working hours in the later parts of the contract.
