Job Description

We are looking for a strong Project Manager to join this interiors contractor in London to work on challenging and complex educational projects in the Middle East, overseas experience is not essential but would be beneficial.

Ideally you will have current experience of working on schools, universities or other academic institutions coupled with experience of the health sector and projects including hospitals, laboratories or research facilities. You should also have a stable background gained with a contractor but consultant led client experience will also be considered. You should also have experience of interiors and fitting-out and dealing with both sub-contractors and installing associated fixtures and fittings.

Duties will involve complete project management including procurement & purchasing, commercial management, contract negotiation, client liaison and package management.
