Job Description
We’re currently looking for a Head Chef to join our brigade in the buzzing restaurant. You must be able to work in a busy environment and thrive under pressure. Having an excellent overview of your team is of paramount importance as well as being able to move your section forward.
We are looking for someone:
1 – with previous head chef experience.
2 – who can produce full and accurate food costings.
3 - with a wide range of international food knowledge and expertise.
4 – who is fully competent with kitchen hygiene protocol.

Salary
We offer a payment of £25,000 to £31,000 plus per annum.
