Job Description
Kinloch Lodge is one of Scotland's best hotels. Our fine dining experience, coupled with our fantastic and friendly service has been noted as Scotland's best.
We are looking for someone to run our bar area. We offer wine, whisky and beer flights - all individually matched to each food-course we offer. We are 1 of only 7 restaurants that hold Micheln's Red Grape Award for our wine list.
This is a senior position within our hotel. The candidate should have a keen interest in fine wines and food and drink pairing.
