privately owned coastal hotel with a daily changing menu using fresh, raw ingredients specialising in local produce, therefore the successful candidate must be experienced cooking meat, fish, poultry and game as well as vegetable accompaniments and sauces. As part of the team of six, you will be self motivated and happy to contribute suggestions for the ever changing menu. Experience in weddings and functions 100+ covers plated, would be an advantage. This position is available immediately with interviews taking place over the next two weeks. All candidates must be eligible to work full-time in the UK. Will consider working couple team, with hours being available in Front of House. Position available as 6 months seasonal but will consider full time for the right candidate.
