Job Description
Very busy waterside pub outside Chichester require strong head chef ASAP. Traditional food and seafood from set company menu's to be served according to specs and recipes. Must be good short order cook, very organised and forward thinking and planning
Stock taking, kitchen rosters, cleaning rosters, Health & Safety, etc are part of responsibilities and must be of a very high standard which are not negotiable.
5 Day week in an ideal world, but if your kitchen needs you, you must be there. Earliest start 9am and latest finish 11pm, AFD's on Saturdays and Sundays. It is a very small kitchen & very, very busy in summer, but amazing position, opportunities with long serving, hardworking, reliable second, to support + plus 4 other commi's and Kp's. Salary increase during summer and bonus scheme for making targets all year round
