A family living in Rhode, Co. Offaly in Ireland seek an aupair to help care for their son aged 17 months old. The mother is a media professional and the father is a university lecturer. They live in a large 4 bedroom country house with a large garden, fields and large out buildings. There are also horses nearby. The bus stop to Dublin is just outside the family home and shopping facilities are just 15 minutes away. The aupair will have her own bedroom with walk in wardrobe, her own bathroom, internet access and T.V. Babysitting is once or twice a week and there will be at least 2 free days per week. Although a driver is not needed it would be useful and the aupair will have use of a car if she can drive. There is opportunity for horse riding, fishing, country walks. We live in a large house in the country but the bus to Dublin passes right outside our house. You will have use of a car. Shopping and sports nearby. We like having dinners and lunches for friends - so there's lots of things happening in our house. Also, we run an interesting media business from home so it’s a dynamic place to be! We travel around Ireland quite a lot, so you will get to see lots of places. There may be some foreign travel as well. We want an aupair that is adaptable - but in return, you will be a part of our family and enjoy a very positive experience in our home and in Ireland!
