Job Description
Our award winning 5* Deluxe Hotel have a Fine Dining 2AA Restaurant & Upmarket Brasserie and is located in Hampshire. Our Head Chef is on the scout for a mature, reliable and well educated Chef de Partie for the Fine Dining Restaurant. We currently have a brigade of 8/10 chefs and have an opportunity open for a Chef de Partie who would like to develop his culinary skills and move up in our brigade.
Our restaurant is extremely popular and we serve between 20 to 200 customers per service. We are open for Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner and have an open kitchen and all the latest equipment to make your job as easy as possible.
Because of our standards it is important that you will have completed your NVQ Levels 1 & 2 in Food Preparation & Cooking and have experience in a 4/5* Hotel & AA Restaurants.
