Assistant Restaurant Manager £16,000 - £18,000 + Tips + Bonus + Live In
This charming Town Centre Boutique Hotel is looking for an upbeat Restaurant Supervisor for their Modern 80 cover 2 Rosette Restaurant that offers fantastic fresh food sold at reasonable prices with friendly swift and professional service.
If you are currently working as a Senior Chef de Rang or a Restaurant Supervisor looking for more of a challenge this could be a Great opportunity to progress, gain experience and gain further qualifications.
You must be a happy self motivated team player who is keen to impart your passion for superb customer service into your team. Working alongside the Restaurant Manager you will be expected to run service on a regular basis participate in management meetings, give feedback to and facilitate training for juniors.
The hotel has a very good food and wine culture and already holds a host of awards and is looking to become one of the top 100 rated hotels in the UK. so this is a great opportunity to join a winning team.
This positions also pays ‘tips' on top of your basic salary which is normally a minimum of £2000 but could be a lot higher. There is also good staff accommodation close by with various benefits including meals on duty etc.

Tips / Perks / Live in / Bonus

Bonuses will depend upon position and property and can vary from £2000 - £10000!
